What types of credit cards do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard.
When will my credit card be charged?
In most cases, your order is processed and your credit card will be authorized within 24 hours of your order being placed. Orders will generally be shipped within 48 hours.
Will "Hapsari" appear on my credit card statement?
To protect your privacy, the label "Daughters of Pleasure" will appear on your credit card statements.
I'm not comfortable ordering on the Internet. How else can I buy your products?
If you prefer to place your order by phone, please contact our Customer Service Department at (02) 9387 8548 between 8:30am to 5:30pm Sydney time. Our customer service representatives will be happy to place your order for you, as well as accommodate any special requests you may have.
SHIPPING
When will my order be shipped?
Orders will generally be shipped within 48 hours via Australia Post. Please allow 7 business days to receive your order.
Does someone need to sign for my delivery?
A signature is not required in order to accept your delivery.
How discreet is the package once it arrives at my door?
Our packaging is discreet, and only the name "DOP" appears on the outside package.
My product is not here yet, what can I do?
Orders generally ship within 48 hours of ordering and should be received within 7 business days. Backorders can delay shipping. However, if a product is backordered you will be notified with an estimated time of arrival.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY
What kind of warranty do your products carry?
We stand behind everything we sell, and most of our toys have manufacturer’s warranties of at least a year. All of our products carry a 30 day guarantee as long as the item remains unused. If any of the merchandise you order appears defective within the first 30 days, please contact our Customer Service Team for return instructions. Once the product is returned to us, you will receive either an exact replacement, a replacement of equal value, a gift certificate or a complete refund. Please note that we do not accept returns on any merchandise that has been used.
I need to return my product. Where do I send it?
Before returning a product, contact our Customer Service department for instructions on how to return the goods and a returns number.
Who pays shipping if I return my order?
In the event you received a defective product or the wrong product, we will cover shipping fees. If you are returning a product that you dislike or do not want, you will be responsible for shipping.
How soon will I get a get a refund, gift certificate or exchange after I return my product?
Refunds are processed within 72 business hours after a return is received. Exchanges are shipped within 24 business hours after return is received.

Our Privacy Policy (the ““Policy””) is effective as of 1 December 2009. We may amend or modify this policy from time to time, at our discretion, and will promptly post any such changes on this website. Your credit card information is highly confidential, and we handle it accordingly. Our software employs Secure Socket Layering (SSL) for every order so that your data can be safely transmitted to our servers. All sensitive information, including your credit card number and contact information, is encrypted. All of our credit card transactions are processed by eWay, a leading provider of internet-based transaction services.
Complete Discretion
Whether Hapsari is shipping to your home, to your work, or to a gift recipient, the delivery will be totally discreet. Our packaging makes no mention of the nature of the contents, so your goods will arrive without a hint at what's inside. All of our orders are shipped in plain packaging with "DOP" as the sender. Though we love our logo, it does not appear anywhere on the outside of the shipping box. Inside the mundane shipping box however, you will find our distinctive, elegant packaging -- packaging befitting its luxurious contents. Whether buying for yourself or for another, opening a package from Hapsari is always a delight.
No Unsolicited Correspondence
Hapsari does not make unsolicited phone calls, or send unsolicited email or postal mail. We will never send you correspondence unless you have requested it, or it is required to complete your transaction. Email is sent to confirm your order, to notify you about backorders, or in the form of a newsletter if you have requested it. We only contact customers by phone when there is a question regarding an order. If you ever receive any unsolicited contact from us, please e-mail Customer Service so that we can make sure that there is no further unprompted contact.
